I had 10 songbooks made and they printed them wrong, and when I asked for them to be corrected, they told me they would repeat the job at a 15% discount. It was their fault and they wanted to charge me again and give me a discount. The owner hid in the back and we're not even come to talk to me. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not use them.!!!!

This place is amazing. We used them for our recent wedding and the service was fantastic. Insanely fast turnaround, very communicative, prices are great. Will never go anywhere else.

I've used them for 3 years now, and they've always been knowledgeable and courteous. I need 36"x60" prints for pattern making that are within 1/16" tolerance over the 60" and they're always right on.

I just went in prepared to purchase handouts, a poster and business cards for an upcoming event. I was told to do everything through the website, that they can't give prices over the counter. I don't want to do business with a website. I want to feel the paper, see the options in real life. Why shop local and spend more if it's through a website?

I have used copy hut multiple times in the past. For personal use, and for the business that I manage. I have always had a pleasant experience. My most recent experience with them was thoroughly disappointing. I needed programs printed on light blue paper. I was told over the telephone that would not be an issue, they have pastel blue paper. When I opened the programs they appeared to be on white paper. I called thinking that they were mistakenly printed on white paper. I was told no, the programs were blue, and that if I hold them up to a white piece of paper I would be able to tell. So I did as the women told me (not that you should ever have to compare a pastel color to a white piece of paper to see a hint of color in it), and they still appeared white, maybe off white. What was truly frustrating was there was no offer to reprint the programs. Or any mention of making right on the $65 I spent to print 50 colored copies. Unfortunately because of the way they handled the situation, that is the last time I will ever use their service.

WE LOVE COPY HUT!! They are super smart, excellent communicators, and they are always helpful with ideas on how our non profit can save money without giving up on quality. Jobs are always completed when they say they will be, we are notified ASAP, and after using them for six years, we have seen consistently beautiful finished products.
