I've had several yoga instructors and Maria is by far the best. I've taken her in-person classes and her classes by zoom. She's a careful and kind teacher and I always feel wonderful after her class.

Maria is a wonderful yoga instructor. Her gentle yoga classes were perfect for me when I started as a beginner over 6 years ago, and I have continued with her ever since. I highly recommended her in-person classes which she conducted out of her home pre-Covid, and her Zoom classes now are just as good.
Through postures, breathwork, relaxation & deep rest, Maria is here to teach, guide and support you on this path of deep growth, healing, aliveness & love. She is certified & registered at the 200hr level, and has over 500 hours of study with notable teachers, namely Yoganand Michael Carroll & Kamini Desai, both from the Kripalu lineage.
