My niece and nephews house burned down in Novembe. They lost everything. Everyone has donations for them but until they found an apartment, they needed a place to store it. After speaking to Christine, she spoke to the owners and agreed out of the kindness of their hearts to let them use a unit for three months free of change. It was a tremendous help and we are all truly grateful. They are truly wonderful people. We thank you again.

Used this facility two consecutive summers during my daughter's college break. Kim made it easy to make all the arrangements from afar and was very helpful and friendly. No problems and I'd recommend to other parents who don't have room in the car for All That Stuff!

While the units are *generally* as to be expected, I had 2 major issues with this company.
1) The office is run by one person who may or may not be there during working hours. Several times I dropped by to pay my rent (I paid cash so couldn't put it in the drop box) only to find no one there and no note as to when she would be back. While she returned calls relatively promptly, it was aggravating to have to return to make my payment.
2) About half way through the Winter I realized that my unit was infested with mice... even though I had absolutely no food items or anything to attract them. I told the manager and was told to "put bait down". Problem is, I only have 1 unit. I couldn't kill all the mice that were likely running amok in all the units. While I tried to trap/poison they kept coming in all winter. I had a business colleague who is an exterminator drop by the company to offer to check things out, but they declined his services. When I went to load out my stuff last week, I realized that the infestation was even worse than I realized... 3 boxes of product for my office were ruined (about $4-500 dollars worth) because the mice had filled them with seeds and mouse crap and pee. Adding photos to show the extent of the damage as well as one of the mice that was caught in one of my traps. I lost track of the number of mice I caught in the traps.
When I loaded out I showed the photos of the damage to the manager. I pointed out that I had tried to tell her about the issue and the extent of the loss to my business. All I got was a shrug and "sorry".
If you are going to store anything there, make sure it's well sealed and be ready to have to clean off all items before loading out.
