I always get my parts here just go in person or you'll be placed on forever hold. You'll sink into the abyss of hold and never come back. So just go to the store in person and the guys are friendly. I took a star off for the way they handle phone calls. As they ask you to place you on hold but just do it without your response. You will find everything you need there

I usually come here for UPS pickups and the employees have been generally helpful. On some occasions, they said it wasn’t there and checked again only to find it.There was a new employee at the desk today that was very unhelpful and combative. I asked him about a package and he took exactly 1 second to say it wasn’t there. I came back in the store showing him the tracking showing it was received and who it was received by.He starts dismissively telling me it’s not there. I asked him what is the next step to take as it was received by autozone. He tells me to “work it out with UPS” and it’s not there fault if someone else picked it up.This is incorrect, you need to sign off when something is picked up and he didn’t even check the system. He then tells me “I never seen your name or you here before”. Not only should that not matter, but i’ve been there 30-40 times to pick up packages.I left as I didn’t want to argue my point anymore.I no longer trust this location to pick up packages. I will need to deal with customer service for Amazon for something that is likely in the store.

I guess they usually have what I need, everything except counter help. Always seems to be only one register open, with one employee searching for an obscure part with a customer, when all I need to do is pay for a few quarts of oil.

Prices are all incorrect for items. Went in to purchase microfiber towels, they were on an end cap for $8.99 the store manager said it was just a mistake, that someone just didn't do their job right. He also stated that advanced auto does not honor their display prices. So if you do shop at advanced auto, it is my suggestion you do not purchase anything and expect the displayed price. They also did change the price while I was standing there to another wrong price.

Most of the guys that worked the day I'm writing this review for didn't know that much about cars, but were eager to help and friendly. Later went to Napa and they solved my problem figuring out what the right part was.

Traveling home from lake George, my AC compressor failed and caused the belt to break on my car. I was stranded over 100 miles from home. The people here had the tools I needed to fix it. They didn't have the part I needed but they reached out to another store and got the belt I needed. They even drove me to this other store and then back to my stranded car. They went above and beyond helping me. Although I will have to tow it home, many thanks for helping me! I didn't catch the guy's name who drove me around, but thank you!
