“When I tell you for the first time ever I met a person in customer service that is the definition of great customer service. I went into this mcu branch for the first time. I saw a teller and had a question for someone. Amber Timmons called my name after I checked in. This lady was like the mulitasker multifixer best person to work with. I can't begin to explain how over and beyond she went for me. I sat with her for a hr and she smiled through her mask the whole time. Giving me credit advice, account advice. And helped me find charges from 2yrs ago. I NEVER do in store compliments but even after just finishing a 18hr shift and tired I HAD to tell someone how amazing of a worker she was to me. The teller was nice also. This was a really really good experience for me today. Thank you thank you thank you Amber for all your help. I'm able to move forward thanks to you.”
