Horrible customer service. Dropped a dress off on 10/16 for alterations. I was told someone would give me a call back in a few days to let me know if they could or couldn’t do it. A week later no one called me. I called back 10/23 and was told the lady will give me a call tomorrow. I call back 10/24 and was told she’s coming in tomorrow and will give me a call. I decided to take my dress back and ask why I’m getting the run around. The woman behind the counter explains that the tailor is having problems at home and that’s why she hasn’t called me. By the way, my pick up date is 10/28, 4 days from now…I understand problems happen but having my dress over a week and not calling to update when they know I need the dress for a wedding on 11/11 is just bad business.

I work nearby Uptown Cleaners, so they are very convenient. I have never had a cleaners do such an excellent job on alterations. They have altered several items of clothing, and I am amazed at how well they do the altering and have never seen tailoring like they do.I have had suits and dresses dry cleaned here as well. The prices are excellent and fair and they do a nice job.Customer service is top notch, something not easy to find these days. I highly recommend Uptown cleaners to all my family and friends.Services: Alterations

I have moved from kings park twice both times farther away and I still continue to use them and only them!! I love coming here they are not only incredible at what they do but they always are on time, the nicest family ever, and I know I can trust and rely on them for everything. Sometimes I'm specific and they will honestly tell me if it's the proper way to clean and I have never had an issue after all these years where I've been disappointed with their guidance. I solely trust them with my clothes and wouldn't want to give my business to anyone else

This is the best dry cleaners ever! Lucy and Lisa are the so friendly and kind. There service is outstanding. Would never regret going to this place. I dropped of four dress pants and they charged me for a cheap price! I also had a huge stain on my blanket and they washed it out completely. Never disappointed at this dry cleaners! 10/10 would recommend!Service: Alterations

Spectacular job fitting my suit perfectly for my sons wedding in a few days. They are super friendly and a dry cleaner you MUST go to. Your in great hands with them. You wont be disappointed at all.

When there twice. First time, one of the collars on my dress shirt came back crinkled. Ironed it again myself. Second time there, 3 of six shirts had the same problem. Owner proceeded to scream at my wife when she pointed it out to him, to the point where the other customers told him to calm down. Guy must have been having a bad day. No big deal, there are 4 other dry cleaners in Kings Park

Uptown cleaners is conveniently located by the train station. I have gone to this dry cleaner for years and it has never disappointed. Prices are competitive and owners are very friendly.
