“I had my internet service changed, and due to the change my ring camera system was off line. After numerous calls to both my internet provider and the ring camera, the ring camera decided to send me new cameras. Before the new cameras arrived, I was able to get the cameras working again. I contacted the ring camera and they sent me an email to print up return labels for UPS to send them back. I had three boxes to return with three labels. Next thing I know my printer is not working. I go to the UPS store and meet Eric. Since the company sent me labels Eric explained to me that I had to use the labels that the ring camera sent me and he could not make new labels. I did not know how to print the new labels in the store from my tablet, using their wi- fi. I had much difficulty in doing so and the store was very busy. I asked Eric if he could do it for me. He explained that it was against the stores policy to touch anyone's personal tablet. After feeling frustrated and not being able to figure out how to do it myself, Eric verbally walked me through the steps of what needed to be done. I was now able to send them back. I don't know what I would have done without Eric's help. Eric was so patient with me along the process. Eric was very polite, professional, and a great employee to deal with. The world needs more people like Eric. I never experienced such kindness. I want to let UPS know what a terrific employee Eric is. Thank you Eric for all your help. You are the best!”
“A few months ago I started a small cosmetics business. And I had been looking for a place that I can use to ship my Makeup packages through. I didn't feel like waiting online at the regular post office. Because it was just so much going on due to COVID-19. Boxes and Bytes was just easier. I know my office has used them to ship prior to me going in. The guys were great. They were patient with me. This had been my first there for personal use. I forgot to print my shipping labels lol. They guy who helped me, was super sweet and patient. He told me to take my time, as I went through my phone to find everybody's name and address. I shipped I think five or six small packages at about 5/6 dollars each. Nothing crazy. Still a Great Business. I will be using them for further shipments.”
“Just walked in to ship something, wasn't exactly ready to go yet. Needed to grab an envelope and dress up the packaging. One of the employees, named Billy, called me over. I let him know I wasn't ready, but he said come over anyway and he would help. Super breezy, I was in and out and was fully taken care of. I don't know if it's always like this, but this visit in particular exceeded expectations, so cheers to that.”
“Rushed to the Post Office after work to get there before they closed. Literally made it by 2 minutes. I had to file paperwork to open a PO Box. I was greeted by Ar-Nay who took the extra time to help me even though it was after 5pm. She was so kind and helpful. She didn’t rush me at all. “I've been going to this post office since 1998. The staff over the years have always been helpful and nice. Even during the toughest times of the year such as April15 tax deadline, and holidays were they are a bit tired and drained from some of the customers which I had seen ahead of me be not so nice, the employees still are kind.I did see someone write a review they were there 5 mins before closing and doors were locked. Maybe it was the one day they closed early. Maybe the person that wrote the review watch was fast. Any which way, I still think the customer service is excellent !”

“I sent 4 boxes, I was afraid because of the negative comments. But I have to tell you that everything arrived as well as I sent it. The only thing is that two of my boxes were dirty with oil on the outside. I didn't send oil, but apparently some oil was spilled near my boxes and dirty two. Everything arrived very quickly. It only took 17 days.”

“Small Post Office and Understaffed it seems every time I go there. Which is fine...its OK. There is always an older women there with short hair. Positive attitude and pleasant no matter how ignorant, arrogant and/or inpatient people are. SHE IS THE MVP!Also I have had issues with packages in the past not getting there when they should as of lately (understandable consdering the times) and tacking information not being updated on the website. I call the store with tracking info and they go above and beyond calling plants to find out where the package is and calling me back with updates!Staff at this store A++++ lucky to call them my local/home PO.”

“Ever since Covid hit the Mrs has been working from home, it was time for a new chair for her home office, the one she had was too unconfortable to be sitting in for hrs on end so we went to Staples. The second we walked in they asked if we needed, help, we declined for the time being and we went straight to the chairs to check them out. The Mrs tried a few and finnally picked one out, (which also happened to be the same one I liked for myself). A sales associate by the name of Justin came by and asked if we needed help, we accepted and he further elaborated on the features of the chair and suggested we also get a mat since the mrs had trouble maneuvering on our rug. We decided to get the chair and mat and since the chair was a good deal we got one for yours truly as well. Justin got the chairs from the back in no time and placed them in our car. We left very satisfied with our purchases and with the help & courtesy Justin and the sales staff demonstrated. We'll be back to visit this store again the next time we need something for "our office".”

“For the sake of full disclosure, I have known the owner's brother for almost 40 years. I have known the owner for maybe 15. I love the convenience of selling something on Facebook Marketplace, getting a pre-printed label for the package and simply dropping it off here. There is never a hassle. Much easier than dealing with long lines at our own Post Office. Twice I came here to get fingerprinted and that likewise was quick and easy. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.”
