“Extra Space Storage Brentwood exceeded my expectations for customer service and accessibility. The facility is kept clean and temperature/humidity are always perfect. Most of all, while one wouldn't think that customer service would come into play in a self-service facility such as Extra Space Storage Brentwood, it does---from direct front desk assistance to behind the scenes activity. I once failed to lock my unit properly; not only did the front desk reach out to me, they checked on the contents of the unit to assure all was well and took steps to secure the unit. Love their daily walk-arounds to assure all is as it should be in the facility!”
“This place was a great place to store some of my Belongings However, it did become a bit pricey and elevators We’re not working when I needed to move stuff out of the Unit. However Customer service was great.”

“I would give 5 stars if the gates were accessable for longer hours.I would love it if they had open gate access til 12am or even 11pm. This would make it easier for a lot of customers, including myself, lol!!I absolutely love storing here!The customer service @ Deer Park location is excellent!The store manager Dave, you are great & go above and beyond for your customers & have so for me!!Thank you!You, Dave & your employees have been on top of everything!They have always called about suspicious activity and they watch my unit!! I'm in a good spot!I left my gate unlocked once and Dave called right away. Problem was resolved! Thank you!!Just recently,A woman called the office, she had given my unit# saying she was moving out and her daughter was going to be there to move her unit being that she was out of state!!I got a call from the office immediately after that call to confirm!!Thank God that she had mistaken her unit # for my unit #.My point is they're 10000% The Best Facility to Store your belongings with. All of the move in deals including one with a free moving truck!I can only speak for the Deer Park location,So far I've dealt with the store manager, Dave and two other employees. They all have been 100% on top of everything!I totally recommend this Facility to everyone!!I almost forgot,Tell Dave that Jess C. sent you!!!You'll get to take advantage of special deals with a discounted rate.They offer discount program also!So let Dave know Jess C. “Signing up was a breeze. I got my storage area 5x10 online. Recieved code immediately and it was ready instantly I never had to talk with anyone. Only concerning thing was one of the nearby storage doors were damaged exposing someone's items. Probably broken by someone pushing a hand truck. I'm curious how fast they move to repair it.”

“This is a family owned business, which I fully support. The owner, Charlie Sr., and the family have gone above and beyond to help me and my sister solve an issue, for us. They are empathetic and compassionate towards people. They dropped everything and scheduled to help us move my sister’s stuff from storage to her new apartment. All the staff were extremely helpful and nice! This kind of customer service has fallen since the pandemic and I am happy to know that there are still good people and businesses, out there. “I went to this location to inquire about a storage unit. The sales clerk Linda was extremely helpful and very friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the location and even helped us find a decent sized storage unit at a really good price.I didn't choose a unit with them because the location was a little too far for me, but it is a nice location and plenty of space to park and unload. Only reason I did not give it a 5 was because the trolleys were sparce. I only saw one trolley by the elevator for the second floor. I did not see the first floor, but I saw a lot of the second floor and there were no trolleys up there either. That is a problem for people moving big stuff. That also deterred me from choosing this location for storage...But they did have a very nice and friendly sales person....Linda is good.”
“I was delivering to St. James storage and the service I got from Tiffany who was the hardest worker there. And the only work that she deals with a lot from customers who use their dumpster and other things and she was so courteous and polite. She opened up a storage bin for me to deliver to and accommodating me. If you're looking for friendly and affordable place St. James self storage is your spot ask for Tiffany. My name is Warren and I work for Yrc trucking and it was a pleasure delivering there .”

“Lot of space for easy backing, Tony is super nice and fast unload. Building a little confusing, receiving door is around back. Entrance for lot is before the building. Signs are posted and easily visible. I hate the northeast but I would come back here anytime.”
