“Talia and Jeanine at Maximum K9 were so helpful with selecting some items I needed for my dog, Rugar. I came in looking for a crate and they helped me to choose the perfect one. Talia called over to the warehouse to see if it was in stock and after some discussion, we decided it best that I order online for pickup at the store. I also got a slip lead (Jeanine showed me how to use it) and a tug toy and bone that Talia said her dog loves! Their expertise and assistance made the process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality pet products and knowledgeable staff. “So, this is a chain pet store, but I don't feel that they are created equal. There is a different feeling about this one in particular, as I have been to these stores upstate as well as through Suffolk County (particularly in Central Islip and Ronkonkoma). Firstly, the staff are awesome here - insanely helpful even when you don't ask, friendly if you bring a furry friend in, and lovely when they check you out. I am also constantly impressed by their stock - I believe the only time in recent memory that they were out of stock in something that I needed was walnut cat litter, but I chose a reasonable alternative. The store is always incredibly clean as well, and doesn't smell off like other Pet Supplies Plus do in the area. Tanks and cages for small animals never have debris or are in need of care. I enjoy shopping here and haven't been to Petsmart or Petco in years because of how much I love this store!”

“I've been to PetPort a number of times and have had the same experience every time. The employees are friendly and personable. They are open late and in my case they carry a very popular brand of cat toy. The "yeow" brand of catnip cat toys are some of the best catnip toys on the market. They are hard to find at chain pet stores like PetSmart and petco, but PetPort always has them. Shopping was quick and easy. Give them a visit you will not be disappointed.”

“We get our dog bathed here. They're excellent. It's a little more expensive than Petco, but they do a much better job. Baths seem to last longer. The dog doesn't seem to get stinky as quickly. They're really good about treating any sensitive spots in his skin.”
“Best grooming experience we’ve had! Don and his employees are kind and clearly love the dogs. Previous places have had trouble doing his nails, but they did great. My dog came home happy and smelling amazing, and the price was very reasonable!”
“I love the place there everyone is nice and helpful! You’re even able to bath your dog there! , there’s a lot of varieties of fish you can buy there where I got Glofish , there’s snakes and lizards and even tarantulas”

“I adopted Molly from Long Island Feline Adoption Center in January 2023 and Im glad i did and its been nothing but joy and love ever since. Molly is my first cat and I definitely was a bit nervous as I only had dogs previously and I knew the breeds were definitely different. As soon as I arrived at Feline Adoption Center Cheryll took her time to get to know me and my living situation and what I was looking for and matched me with Molly. I came in on a Monday and visited every day that week and went home with Molly that Saturday. Molly is such a sweet, beautiful and well behaved cat. Im so lucky to have her and Im so thankful to Cheryll for matching us Molly is what was missing from my life. Molly is so comfortable in her new home and its only been 5 months and I know that love and joy is only going to continue to grow as I hope she lives a long & happy life. “When we decided on getting a waterfall in our backyard, we started looking at reviews and calling companies. Some were so expensive it felt overwhelming and like we were buying a house, not a waterfall. Another two companies kept telling us they would get back to us and never did. Then we called Aquarium Design Network New York, Inc. and talked with Darian first over the phone and then in person. From the first phone call, we could tell that he knew his business. He was professional, polite and cared about what we wanted. When we first met Darian, he was on time, knowledgeable, caring, and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, but gave us great ideas we never thought of. Darian didn't just listened to what we wanted, but the way we wanted it. We agreed on a very reasonable price, set a starting date and a few days later, we met Darian's staff, Phil and Andrew. When they first introduced themselves, they were on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they took great care in the vision we wanted. They shared some great ideas and we were so confident in what they were doing. We saw they had such a passion and loved what they did, so we just let them create it. What a beautiful creation they made! They went above and beyond and it shows. All through the project, Darian always kept in touch, answered all our questions and always sent us a text message to let us know what time the workers would be arriving and even stopping by to make sure everything was going smoothly and it did. The whole process was stress free and unbelievably true. We, our family and friends all love it in the day and night!! We wouldn't use anyone else and would highly recommended Aquarium Design Network New York, Inc.”
“Always has my cats food and litter in stock, right by the parkway so it's super convenient or me. Staff is always friendly to me and the prices are good so it's my go to pet store. I always stop to see the cats just to say hi, I always feel bad that I can't take them home with me as I already have 2.”
“I was really Shocked , I heard their Radio Spot & took a chance , I'm a 1st time user & had Ordered online 4 Perscriptions for my Dog Louie after 7p.m. when they were Closed . To my Amazement i got them Delivered to me by 3p.m. the next Day & i live out in the Moriches . I am Blown away with these Folks & i saved about $30 on all 4 Meds . GREAT JOB PET DRUG STORE !!! We bought a special food and they always have it in stock, the one time they didn't they were willing to call up other stores and see if they could do ship to store.I think it might be a few dollars more than PetSmart but it's a nice store and I like shopping there mostly because of the staff”
“From when I checked in until I got the result of my dog's heart work test, everything went just fine.The 2 vets were very gentle with BisKit and made it very easy for both of us.The buy who greeted me first, explained the vaccines that my dog needed and when his rabies shot needed to be renewed in June.”
“It's got what I need. I stop there for cat treats, love buy 3 get one free on temptations. I also have bought bearded dragon supplies and of course every kind of dog food, toys and treats. I like the Treats rewards too, though I wish they had non-purchase related ways to earn points. Pet Supplies Plus (Long Island area) let's you earn rewards points by watching videos and answering surveys, as well as purchases. Sometimes being involved with the company's app when no money is expected makes you feel more positively towards the brand and I wish PetSmart would adopt those marketing methods. Still, it's close to my house and PetSmart saves cats and holds dog adoption events. I really hope they stay in business. So many retail businesses are closing because of Amazon and I truly hope PetSmart does not close.”
“I have to be honest, when looking for a rehab I skipped this one because of the low stars. The one we picked was awful. I had to pull my father out. a friend then recommended Island. When I first walked in, it was 10pm. I noticed how absolutely clean the facility was. The staff was welcoming. They made my father feel so welcomed. Everyone is so nice. They communicate every aspect of my fathers care. The physical therapists are great. The bathrooms are clean and stocked. My father is a picky eater and they do not stop trying different food so that he eats. the nurses are awesome. I can't say enough how great they all are. Not one issue. The staff answers quickly to the call button. They make sure my father is comfortable. If you are looking for a rehab for a loved one, I strongly recommend Island.”
“Good prices & product selections. I've liked the produce quality. The store is easy to navigate. I just wish the carts less mobile guests were more easily accessible to help my parents sometimes. The store is small enough to navigate so we don't have too many issues.”
