“This was my first time visiting East End. We were looking to remove several large euonymus shrubs that the deer have decimated despite all kinds of effort on our part. Delores was very helpful in suggesting some replacements that would be more deer resistant. I then communicated with Louis via email to see about having the euonymus removed and the new shrubs planted. He got back to me right away and worked on the pricing which was very fair. He happened to have a cancellation so was able to send a crew over that same day. Three men and a foreman. They did a great job excavating, planting, and mulching. Two hours later the landscaping looked perfect!! Exactly the look I was hoping for. I highly recommend and will be using East End again for sure.”

Prices are not as expensive as some other nurseries and they have the HEALTHIEST plants i have ever seen around this area. Got some Beautiful flowers....Very impressed!”

“I am pleased that our first delivery of wood in a while due to fireplace issues was smooth and the wood is excellent. The guys stacked the wood in 2 places for me. Had our first fire last weekend and it burned beautifully and smokeless. We used both the new and old wood from 5 years ago! Can’t wait to have many more fires this Winter.”

Their plants are always "happy" looking and don't die right away like I've had happen from some big box stores. “This company is fantastic. Especially the people they hire like Jerry who is the best and the most professional driver I ever seen. I had 32 yards of top soil delivered to a residential street. It came in 2 truckloads. Jerry was the driver of both. He dropped both deliveries with such precision in front of my customers house where he didn’t block any part of the street where cars couldn’t get by and didn’t get any top soil on their grass which saved me a ton of time! “12/27/2023. What a difference there is between a local small business and the big box stores. Went to purchase a Christmas tree today. All trees are same price no matter how tall or wide. $85. The seem really fresh after pull test. Very nice gentleman came out and helped us. Trees are open and you can see the fullness of them. Not all tied up and stacked like in lowes and depot. The gentleman suggested we stand about 10 feet away as he spun the trees around so we can get a better look. After selecting one he wrapped it up in twine, cut off a couple inches of the bottom and made a cross cut for better water absorption. Thank you.”

“They were great to us,our pool was green, we spent so much money on chemicals to make it blue when we went to another pool company who told us to add green out.?My neighbor recommended Hewlynn since they fixed her pool. Went to them they were able to tell us it was our filter and they helped us contact a family business Dinardo to set up the filter. The gentlemen were so quick and helpful that we had a blue pool for our block party. We even went on vacation and came back to a blue pool.”

“A large store with plenty choose from. Black Friday deals are still available for the handy person in your life. Checkout was fast and friendly. They also offer lockers for online orders which is a convenient option for smaller items. Plenty of parking and their are other stores in the center.”

“Deckers Nursery has just finished making my new garden. Conrad Decker was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We walked through his nursery serval times picking out plants and trees. He knew exactly what would do well in my space. He was a pleasure to work with, kind and always available for a question. I'm a gardener for over 40 years, Conrad knew exactly what I envisioned. He did a design and it was perfect. His crew were hard working, professional and very nice. He spent many hours with me and made sure I was happy! I am over the moon!!!”

“I was in a critical, urgent situation with having to transfer from one homeless family shelter to another. I was in need of a rental vehicle & visited after much prayer. Thankful to Jesus who made the way and these associates that took care of my needs from my initial visit w/Yvette R. who reached out to ASM Eddie Ray with my request. Everything was setup according to my needs. Friday morning there was a slight issue but all was resolved within an hour prior to my arrival. Thank you to John & Diana in that department. Upon return lastly met & taken care of by Yvette M. Thanks to all of you helpful & pleasant associates. There wasn't any discriminating due to my status, race, sex, etc. Parking was readily avail. “I had a pretty good experience at this Home Depot recently while looking for a grill for my Dad for Father's Day. I am not a grill person, I cook like crazy, but indoors, zero grill knowledge. I used google to do some research but ultimately went to Home Depots website and looked up highly rated grills blah blah blah. My Dad had an old Weber and I had been told by countless people that Webers were the best so I knew that's what I wanted to go with. Came in and went straight to customer service for some assistance and a guy walked me over to the grills and we took a quick look. He gave me his recommendation and was knowledgable enough about which grill I should get. I went with the Spirit, their cheapest Weber option because I was told it's still a fantastic grill and through all the research I had done, that was what I was gathering as well. They didn't have any in stock and I certainly wasn't going to take the floor model, yeah right. So the guy helped order one from a different store and set me up for free delivery. The process was smooth and easy, he was a great help. Now because I'm a pain in the butt and super indecisive, three days later I changed my mind and decided I wanted to go with the upgraded version, the big dog, the Genesis. I came into the store and making the switch was also, very very easy. This time another gentleman assisted me and told me they had the grills built in the back and that one of those would be the one sent to my house. I was for sure not taking his word for it because as I had seen at other Home Depots, they put the grills out for people to open, mess around with, try out before purchasing if you will and I again, did not want a floor model. I voiced my concern and the guy assured me the grill was set up and wrapped in plastic ready for purchase. He even took the time to bring me in the back and show me for myself, which I really really appreciated. The grill was wrapped up nicely with tape to hold the wrapping in place and once I made my purchase, he wheeled the grill into the back storage area for me so that there was no confusion about whose grill it was. The home delivery was free as they were running a special for free delivery if you buy a grill over, I'm not sure exactly, I think it was $300 or so. So I did that. Since the delivery was free they give you a very wide time frame. I was told the grill would come some time between 6 am and 8pm, something like that. So basically I didn't leave my house all day and this was surprise so I had to make sure I was home. The delivery guys came around 2:30 and wheeled the grill out to where we wanted it. When we eventually unwrapped it there were a few scratches on the front of the grill, I wasn't happy about it but my Dad didn't mind. Little bit of a bummer. Overall my experience at this Home Depot was good and I was definitely dealing with customer service directly for these transactions. One big problem though, getting through to someone on the phone is a nightmare. I tried to reach the customer service desk for, a very very long time with no luck. I called the garden department, no luck, doors and windows no luck, you name it, I called it and no one answered. Probably should do something about that.”
