I have been having my taxes done by John and Evonne for many years. Have never had a problem.I can call them with a question anytime and their on it.

Specific to my tax return being done, my experience was horrific and stressfull. They do no schedule appts, which in itself is very undesirable. Next, after weeks of not getting any updates on my return, when I called for status I was told I would be called back in a certain period of time and that never happened. I had to continually follow up asking for updates (this process took weeks)....when I did get a hold of someone, I was told she forgot to include pertinent information and I would have to come down a 3rd time to repeat the same conversation. I chalked all this nonsense up and continued to work with this tax service however when it was time to pay their fee, they Doubled the cost! Their explanation of why the fee was so much more was because they spend more time working for us. The used a tactic on suggesting they review another way of filing...however not once did they convey they would be charging us more time. If that was the case we would have said no. This should have been a simple tax filing but it was a nightmare. Due to unaccommodating apt scheduling, lack of follow up and unresponsiveness, the forgetfulness of pertinant information, and improper fee practice I will not ever do business with Leopin & Sons and I would suggest the same to anyone considering going there.
