“I work nearby Uptown Cleaners, so they are very convenient. I have never had a cleaners do such an excellent job on alterations. They have altered several items of clothing, and I am amazed at how well they do the altering and have never seen tailoring like they do.I have had suits and dresses dry cleaned here as well. The prices are excellent and fair and they do a nice job.Customer service is top notch, something not easy to find these days. “I needed a suit cleaed for a baptism for tomorrow morning. Obviously, I forgot to bring it in to the cleaners earlier. I felt awful about the situation because my son was the Godfather. I went to two other cleaners near by and was told "No way" and the other cleaners literally laughed at me and shook her head at me in front of to other customers! She made me feel awful. But then I found Exclusive Dry Cleaners on Main Street and the kind-hearted, sweet woman named Doris, told me to hold on and she disappeared into the back. She came back in the front door and she told me that it was NO PROBLEM and that I could pick the suit up before 6 PM!!! I know that I was lucky that the gentleman who did the dry cleaning was still there and they could have said no. But Doris was so kind and did not make me feel ridiculous for even asking for a rush cleaning. Thanks to Exclusive Dry Cleaners accepting my request and doing a wonderful job, my son will look amazing tomorrow!! There are still reallly nice people that will do the right thing when possible and the other are not worth your time! Especially when they belittle others for mistakes. I will never go to any other dry cleaners because I know that Exclusive Dry Cleaners is a truly a professional and people friendly place! “I've been going here for years now. The reasons for the 4 stars are as follows: one price hick that occurred earlier this year for all washing machines and two extra items such as vending machines and arcades have been experiencing problems the last few times I went.”
