Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Incompetent manager in Kings Park who should be removed from her position. There are enough banks. Avoid this one.

I had an outrageous experience simply trying to open an account. I went to the bank, opened a checking account, and used a personal check from another bank to make a deposit of several thousand dollars. Three business days later t received a notice that I could not use the account, and they would close it soon. I called and was told that my check was taking days to clear (four business days) so they were closing the account. After more than an hour on the phone the Chase representative called the other bank and we were told that the check had just been processed. The initial deposit ticket from Chase clearly said that the money would not be available until six business days after the deposit, so why would they threaten to close the account four days after the account was opened?

Waste of my time. Will not let a 16 yr old open an account unless they get my business also!!! No mention of needing an appointment also waited 1/2 hr for someone to tell me so! Called corporate to find out all he needed was the items I had . May need to be joint account that was all Called Ft Solonga branch said he could open to find out I needed account there also ! GO TO HELL CHASE

During the pandemic, I lost my Wifi. Fortunately, I was able to park outside and use my laptop to access Chase's. It was a lifesaver. Thanks.

Chase is a horrible bank no one seems to care if u are waiting for a teller or a person at the desk.
