“Good prices, easy location from Albany. Went during a long weekend and wasn’t too busy or overpicked. Did not experience any issues with staff like in other comments”

“Just minutes down the road from me. Staron's Farm Stand is incredible. Great tasting produce, jams, sauces, honey, and more. Everything has always tasted great and has been of great quality. If it's not, they will definitely handle it right away!Doing business there is more like visiting an old friend. If you are in the area, absolutely check it out!”

“I've come here before for produce when I was in the area -- don't miss the in-season peaches and tomatoes! -- but this time I was on a quest: I wanted the sweet corn ice cream. I used to love corn ice cream when I lived in China (you can get these tasty corncob shaped ice cream novelties at convenience stores there) and I wanted to try the real-deal fresh-produce version. If you're in the Albany area, do yourself a favor and make the trip. The subtle, summery sweet corn ice was delicious, but the goat cheese and raspberry was also excellent, and the friendly young staff was handling the crowd with aplomb. Pick up some plants or produce while you're there, or just hang out at a picnic table and enjoy the summer weather while it lasts.”

“I am a raving fan of Aldi in general, but this store is my favorite. Their staff is the best. Most of them have been there for years. They are friendly, efficient, and hardworking. I love the smaller store layout. I am in and out with a week’s worth of groceries in less time than I usually spend standing in line at other supermarkets. I don’t have to spend time or brain power deciding what brand and size is the best value. We try to keep our meal planning simple with a limited amount of processed foods, and find that Aldi covers about 95% of our needs. I believe our weekly grocery bill is less than half of what we would spend elsewhere. For best results, join one of the Aldi Aisle of Shame facebook groups. You’ll get tips, reviews, sneak peaks, and funny insider jokes.”
