I had a shoulder surgery, it’s vip to regain full mobility in your joint afterwards . Rich works with me there times per week, wich includes not only stretching and strengthening, but a warms therapy and a shoulder massage.

My 1st visit was pleasant. Place is clean, organized and professional. First time I'm having PT and I felt comfortable I was in the hands of excellent expertise. There was immediate relief from the 1st therapy. I'm definitely going back for the follow visits. Thanks for great service.

Dr Rich is an amazing physical therapist. Hands on medical knowledge, diagnostic and therapeutic massage. Helped me a lot with my chronic shoulder and neck issues - from understanding the problem to how to get better. Lucky to have him.Ivan

I could not say anything but positive things about Professional PT Kew Gardens. Anna and Rich have been absolutely amazing to me and have helped both my knee and back condition immensely. I had to move locations and I hope whoever I see next is just as good!!!! Great choice for whoever decides to go to Professional PT you wont regret it :)

Very much satisfied. Starting with one of the front desk receptionist, very helpful and pleasant( must get her name next visit. ) My therapist Alyssa is very understanding and knows her job very well. Spacious and clean place.

Rich Lenz is terrific therapist - very professional, thorough, and friendly. I like how Rich didn't just focus on the issue that I came in for, my foot - he treated me bilateral, as well as keeping my knees and hips in mind. That's so important, as everything is connected. So the work he did with me went further, and will likely last longer. He is humble and personable; everyone is helpful. If I have another issue while living locally, I would absolutely go back.

I was referred to Professional Physical Therapy after surgery. IWould 100% recommend them.The therapists (especially Rich) are knowledgeable and thorough.The front desk staff is very friendly and the facility is nice and clean.

This is my second round of physiotherapy, for a different area of the body, but whether during the first or second round, I’ve always found the therapists Rich, Anna and Max to be knowledgeable and affable. Happy to recommend them!

My physical therapist is Anna. I'm so happy that she started working with me. I'm s/p total hip replacement surgery., and was limping prior to surgery. Anna motivated me so much that she went beyond to help me on what I achieved now.She is a dedicated therapist, which I believed helped me a lot on my recovery.I'm still with my therapy and Im looking forward for my next remaining sessions with her.Congratulations for having Anna as one of your therapist.

Great place.. therapists are knowledgeable & I’ve been going there a week & I really feel stronger. I’ll continue going there, the place is on point, and very clean, you’re treated kindly & I enjoy the massages for my hip the most. All the excerises are great, & they know what they’re doing and sometimes you do the same and on other days they have you do a little something different. I’m really glad I found them.. don’t hesitate if you need any kind of PT try them you will really like them and the place.

My husband has been coming to Professional physical therapy for almost 4 months after his knee surgery and the only thing I can say is that Rich and his team are excellent, despite the fact of having a hard time with insurance to approve therapy, Rich is always willing to help and make sure you get the help you need, always try to help you out with appointments and schedules Rich always makes sure that everything is fine with my husband….. keep up the good work, I really recommend this location the space is very clean and the Atmosphere is calm and it's not so crowded.
