I was harassed and threatened by aggressive panhandler sitting at entrance door of CVS and asking for cash, I watched him acting smart he bypasses big tall males and sexually harasses young females who go to store unaccompanied and he gets no cash he gets angry and makes derogatory comments, very scary incidents, will not return, not feel comfortable and intimidated I will not complaint about CVS employees though just felt not secure going there any more

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a regular at this CVS and there is always problems with their machines not giving extracare bucks back. The lady manager is absolutely RUDE and will come up with any excuse not to give you your extra care bucks even when their sign says it. Then when you bring it to their attention that their sign says it they will rip the signs down in front of you and say that's not right when it's on the certain products label. Spare yourself and never go to this CVS store

They are very rude especially the manager came to the pharmacy at 7:57 to pick up prescription for my very sick son 3 mins before closing and the manager who was taking out the registers 3 mins before closing insisted they were closed I told her I had 3 whole mins she argued with me for the 3 mins and then said oh now it's 8 pm so we are closed... how rude are u that u would actually deny medication when there was time left.

My doc faxed over a prescription. They wouldn't take it. I found out after two trips and waiting on a long line each time. They never contacted my doctor or me. This is the first and last time I will go to this pharmacy. It's clear that you will always have to wait on a long line at this location, and the staff is not pro-active if a problem comes up. My long-time pharmacy was much, much better. The panhandler mentioned in a review posted a short while ago was still at the entrance when I left. It was dark and didn't feel safe.

Ive been an existing customer for years here, I asked about a medication on back order, the Russian sounding pharmacist said they have it but only for existing patients, which I am. Proceeded to tell me not for me, that she doesn't understand my questions and HUNG UP ON ME. Her attitude was outrageous. Rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Should fire her.

I am recovering from COVID and ran out of the RX cough medicine I really need. CVS didn't even bother calling me to tell me it was ready but they called my husband for some reason, I walked all the way there while sick, no one on staff is even wearing a mask. The guy at the pharmacy could care less that they are out of my medicine. After waiting 20 minutes in line to get no help he told me I had to go wait in the other line so they could try to pick up the medicine from some other pharmacy. Now I wasted 40 minutes of my workday and I have to go all the way to jamaica just so I don't have another coughing attack. They need to get organized and have the staff wear masks this is a pharmacy during a pandemic, unacceptable!!!

Ah cmon! 2.5 stars?! I literally never have an issue when I come here. The staff is attentive, helpful, and prompt when it comes to getting products that are locked away. Everyone is always in good spirits. No complaints!

Staff is always short, maybe they are fatigued because it seems they don't know simple letters of the alphabet. I constantly have to shout ( I already have high blood pressure and a psychiatric condition so it doesn't help). The checkout machines always have a problem ( thank goodness the staff are always around to help quick). The staff is doing what they can I guess. I blame management and high tier executives for not customers. If you don't fix these problems your gonna go out of business soon and I will take my business elsewhere.

So many things are under lock and key. You need an employee if you want to buy deodorant. If you need to pick up a prescription prepare to wait in line for at least 30 minutes.

They lock up everything but then don't have any workers to help you when you need help getting the locked products. Also, my theory is that they lock up the name brand stuff and don't help you when you need to get it from the case and they leave their s*** cvs brand stuff unlocked so you get so tired of waiting that you buy the cvs brand instead

I have stood in line for the pharmacy and watch the staff be absolutely abused multiple times by horrible customers. Regardless of this they are consistently kind and professional. There are very nice to me.

I NEED to compliment the pharmacist who administered my flu shot, he's asian (sorry didn't get his name). His hands were so freakin light; I am honestly anxious of flu shots as I've had terrible pokers in the past; my time with him was like 2 mins and I didn't even felt a single pain, the pain level was like lightly pressing your nail against skin, that's it. I even asked him if were done because it was pain free and quick, that's a first! I am just amazed. Thanks to him and the wait time was less than 15 mins for check-in, paperwork and shot. I originally went to CVS Howard beach and wait time was 45 mins for the paperwork! Anyway, thanks to the RPH who administered my shot today... go get your flu shot with this man! Thanks!!!
