I went to do the oil change but the mechanic was too smart he took out air filter and ac air filter and was telling me to change it I do not understand why you have to take out other things which I never told you they are just ripping the customers bad service

Disgusted. Person servicing me never told me that extreme wash with super wash doesn't clean the inside of the car. What's the point of paying $25. Not to mention my car was still dripping with water. Worst service I've ever gotten. Manager didn't care either so why should I go there. He wanted to charge me $22 to wash the inside after I just spent $30 in there. I had to go to another local place to get the inside washed. Just disgusting. I would love to give no stars. My 2018 Jeep Compass with dirty mats footprints but a glossy outside. Horrible. Waisted time.

If you go there just commit to oil change only and not to any additional services they try to up sell you. They really charge you an arm and a leg for anything additional.
