This place is the worst around. Kerosene was 6.70 a gallon while bottini was 4.70, a 2 dollar difference. They also show up when they feel like it.they don't even deserve 1 star

We had a gas leak on memorial day. Brian Osborne came out within an hour. He was polite and efficient and made everything safe. Great service!

Combined Energy Services has been providing my propane and related utility solutions for 15 years.BUT...recently, we needed our copper lines replaced, our hot water heater serviced and our new stove connected - kind of a propane triple play!CES sent Brian O.!! And we are grateful, since Brian finished all of the above in a few hours (it could have been a full day!). He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and polite - a kind of a homerun!I've always liked CES, but Brian is one of the reasons they do so well up in Sullivan County.Definitely worth using!Best,Jon in Obernburg

Amazing customer care and service . You are treated best with this company . They go above and beyond to help and make sure the issue is solved . Personally I will never go to another company . If I could give 10 stars I would .

This review is for Dawn Stevens at CES.We are customers of CES after we bought the house from a previous owner/customer and continue to have CES provide us with propane. However in the past year or so we have had several issues with the propane tank and service which required me to contact CES with questions about the service. However each time I am on the phone with the person whom I shall not name at CES I did not have any pleasant or assuring conversations and nothing constructive ever came out of the phone calls. I decided to shop around for options. Meanwhile the need arises for me to call CES but this time I asked for someone else to talk to. Dawn Stevens called me back later and for the next 30 minutes or so we went over our issues and concerns we have with our tank and with the service and how unhappy I am and that I am shopping around. Not only was Dawn sympathetic and concern with our issues, she went above and beyond by providing me more information about the previous lease, the new lease which we will be signing, arranging for a technician to come and repair the faulty gauge, review and readjusted the pricing (which was high) to a lower rate and schedule (next scheduled refill is at end of July) a refill in the next few days after the gauge is repaired or replaced. And she did it WITH a friendly and accommodating disposition and voice. So why wasn’t I accorded the same customer service with the previous person???? Regardless Dawn really came through for us and I was convinced we should stay with CES for another year. Much thanks Dawn! You deserve Employee of the month.
