Staff is very friendly rooms are very clean, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I will be back, It’s very difficult to find somewhere to stay in Sullivan County that is not run down and shady, I had to drive a little bit but I’m so glad that I came across this motel it was just what I needed

Pros: EXTREMELY clean, very friendly owners, comfortable beds. Con: No deadbolts on door, or chain locks. Only the doorknob lock.
