If you like a quirky place to stay, with lots of charm, this is for you! We do not like chains, and we also do not like the hipster vibe. Unfortunately, it's supposed to be undergoing a renovation and will probably change, but for now it's our kind of place to stay. The family that owns and runs it is lovely. The son helped us with multiple eating and hang out suggestions, and the mother was such a delightful host at breakfast. It was unforgettable for us, as we explored Bethel Woods.

This old fashioned hotel is very charming. Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast is included and there are non-alcoholic beverages available for the guests The proprietor is a very kind and sweet person. I would stay here again if I get back in the area.

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this place is. From the staff, to the bed, and the outdoor seating, where you can just enjoy a drink, to the little welcome cocktail they give you when you come in. They even make you a homemade breakfast in the morning. There’s literally no place like this truly a hidden gem. Not to mention the shuttle is super convenient. I absolutely recommend staying here, I did not think that I would come here and want to come back considering I just booked it because it was close to the venue. I will absolutely be taking the trip back out here just to stay here and enjoy the towns.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a quick overnight stay after a concert at Bethel Woods. The rooms were clean and comfy and the owners were very nice and accommodating. If I come back for another concert here- I will stay here!

Family owned business, very nice decorated lobby and dining room old style.I didn’t have the filling that I am in a hotel. I felt like in my grandma home .We enjoyed the breakfast in the dining room, big table, ready for guests.Smiling faces and a lot of laughs.

Wonderful place to stay when going to a show atBethel Woods. America, the owner, could not be more pleasant and sweet. Her place has a country vibe with beautiful grounds and a sumptuous spread of breakfast waiting for you each morning , prepared by her and her husband. We have stayed many times and each time the rooms, bathrooms and bedding have been very clean. I highly recommend.

This place is a hidden treasure! We had a spacious king room on the second floor. Parking was easy and the accommodations were cozy and very comfortable. The hostess was so friendly and helpful with local information and ideas for activities. She provided made to order omelets for breakfast that were perfect. Coffee, fruits, juices and plenty of fresh baked goods rounded out the superb breakfast experience. We didn’t want to leave!

Super NOT allergy friendly. Rooms are cramped, paint peeling, bathroom unclean. Overall felt dirty and grody. Blech!

We had a great stay this weekend at Kenoza Lake View Manor. Wasn’t sure what to expect as I booked this place somewhat randomly. Glad I did. Very quirky, unique place, owners were super sweet. Breakfast was homemade and delicious, room was very clean, nice bed. Family run which I really appreciate. They have obviously put a lot of heart and hard work into making this B & B special. Would def stay again.

Hotel is charming, as is America the owner. Breakfast was delicious. It was perfect for our overnight stay after the Bethel woods concert. We will definitely be back! I would suggest posting a recommended curfue of midnight for gathering in the common space. We had a lovely first floor room but were kept up until 2:30am due to people gathered in the common area.

This was a great little hotel and the owner was very sweet and kind. If you're looking for top of the line, high class this isn't the place but if you're looking for a nice quiet getaway near the woods this will be your place. That's a little old but still charming! The service is what is really great here!

We had a wonderful stay at Kenoza Lake View Manor and was warmly welcomed by America, the owner. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is truly a wonderful place to stay. We had a very nice conversation with the Owner while enjoying our plentiful breakfast. We look forward to going back again and bring friends to stay at this unique Manor and chatting with America again, who made sure everything was to our liking. I can’t speak highly enough of our stay at this charming hotel.

Vintage charm in spades! America, the host, ensured that our needs were met. Our room was warm on a chilly night.

They had my brother in here and they took excellent care of him - the only problem was with insurance coverage - and I think they could have worked harder to sort out the details and help save him money.
