This place is a great stay for a little getaway. The resort itself has a very nice vibey feel to it. Being tucked away in the mountains is nice. But Kenoza Hall offers a feeling of being at home. It is definitely more on the upscale and pricey side of things, but it feels worth it for what you pay. It has great views, a spa, a big hot tub, and the lake itself is gorgeous. The Hall also offers free kayak/canoe "rentals" which was a nice bonus that we took advantage of. The food is outrageous and has a feeling of Hells Kitchen to it. The hospitality here is next level. The staff really go above and beyond and are super friendly. Juan & Michelle made our stay very memorable and are very accommodating.

Had the loveliest weekend here with my girlfriend and two friends. We can't wait to come back again in winter. Staff were pros, spa was fantastic, and the grounds were delightful

Absolutely lovely stay at Kenoza hall. Our room was lovely and clean and the staff even brought up a fridge in our room for us to store our food. We enjoyed s’mores outside in the evening and also a really good brunch. We spent a day at the pool and they serve snacks in the afternoon including homemade delicious cookies. The guys at the front desk are also really nice and informative. We loved it and will be coming back - highly recommend!

We have stayed at Kenoza Hall a few times & loved our experience! We spent Labor Day weekend with our 5 year old son & had the most magical getaway. Its the perfect hotel for families, so many fun activities! We recommend booking a Bungalow for extra space & adding on the Little Camper package if you have kids which comes with the cutest activities including polaroid camera, scavenger hunt, adorable animal keychain. We had the best time taking the canoe out for a morning cruise on the beautiful lake, playing in the pool & dining at the gorgeous restaurant with mountain views. Staff is so friendly & vibe is magical with nightly bonfires & s'mores.

We weren’t staying at this property, but came to the restaurant on recommendation from one of their sister properties. We waited for 15 minutes without acknowledgement or service…including water. For the prices, absolutely not what we expected.

Spoke to three different people over 6 months in planning our trip, all agreed. The night before arrival they changed their answer/accommodation- less than 24 hours before arrival. That caused us to scramble under tough circumstances. My advise is to speak to the top mgmt personnel to be sure what regular staff tells you is true AND then reconfirm yet again.

My husband and I got married at Kenoza Hall a few weekends ago. We did a full weekend buyout to have our guests stay on the property for the weekend and it was truly a magical getaway. Guests felt "transported" from the moment they set foot on the property. We hosted yoga in the mornings, guests enjoyed the sauna, pool, jacuzzi, canoes on the lake, and hiking trails during the day, and ate delicious meals and partied every night. It was like one big fancy house party with all our best friends and family. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to get married at.
We hosted a poolside welcome dinner and drinks event where guests got to mingle and enjoy the wonderful Mexican welcome dinner spread. My family is from the Philippines, and it is expected to serve Lechon (suckling pig) during weddings. Chef Clark helped us source and served the pig with an extra crispy skin and my family from the Philippines was very impressed. We ended the night with a s'mores bonfire for friends and family
Our wedding was intended to be held near the lake but due to rain, we had to pivot to the ceremony being held in the tent. While nobody hopes for rain on their wedding day, the Kenoza staff was quick to calmly adjust plans on the spot to the point that my guests had no idea there was a change of schedule. Guests were greeted with Cava during the welcome drinks and were escorted to the raw and harvest bar for cocktail hour. Everyone was so happy to eat before the ceremony and the Kenoza staff was friendly and inviting.
On Sunday morning, we did a buffet breakfast that people are still talking about! Guests even took fried chicken, bagels, and french toast leftovers home for the road. Not to mention fresh baked cookies daily that are absolutely heavenly.
The entire Kenoza Hall staff is fantastic and I still feel like we scored BIG by having our event at Kenoza. It checked all our boxes: views, incredible food, friendly staff that goes above and beyond, beautiful hotels and bungalow experiences to connect with nature, and wonderful cocktails! If you're on the fence about having your wedding at Kenoza, I hope this encourages you to say YES!

Many stars and thumbs up for Kenoza Hall! My wife and I love impromptu getaways and have stayed at some of the most charming hotels in New England and Upstate New York. Kenoza Hall is right up there!
Throughout our stay, the staff was organized, friendly and eager to serve. The bungalows are stylish and brand new and ours (#7) had a living room, a free standing tub and lots of amenities including remote controlled AC that worked perfectly over a hot weekend.
We had two amazing breakfasts (highly recommend the French omelette with homemade sour dough toast) and for dinner, the best popovers and “rib eye steak for two” we’ve ever had…
And the best part….it’s a great value. Our two day stay with drinks, three meals and two massages from the spa was half the cost of the Auberge-like Hotels we typically visit.
We loved Kenoza Hall and the lake it sits on and will definitely make this a regular spot to visit, especially in the Fall.
Nearby activities: Quaint towns nearby; Callicoon, Jeffersonville, Livingston Manor and Narrowsburg.
Food & drinks: Interesting and excellent menu, reasonably priced.

Spent a getaway weekend and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was excellent. Kayaked on the lake and we were rewarded with seeing bald eagles flying overhead. The spa and pool was very relaxing. Best was meeting new people and making smores!
