Paper towels and Toilet Paper is my only reason I go here. Satisfied with their brand and it's usually BOGO with a discount. A once random love of mine was specific about where he got his TP.

Christine, Manager of Pharmacy Operations is extremely rude and dismissive. You can be the only person in line and she will still go out of her way to make you feel like a nuisance, every time.

Manager is TERRIBLE!!! I ordered prints online and manager refused to grab them so i can pay for them because she was “too busy” this was after i waited an hour (the app gives u the pickup time) she was very rude and unprofessional and hung up on me . I called the location on Sheridan and got them immediately! They were very professional

The pharmacist (Jeffrey) is clearly not comfortable administering vaccines to small children and made my son even more nervous with his snippy and rude comments. There should be a policy requiring the pharmacists to admit when they are uncomfortable administering shots in a child. Ultimately, my son did not receive a flu shot because the first attempt was botched and my son was too afraid to try again.

We have purchased prescriptions from Walgreens pharmacy at that intersection of Kenmore and Delaware Ave for over 25 years. I recently had a prescription for a drug that is refilled in quantities of 66 which are taken one time per day.the previous refill was on April 7. At time the person at the drive thru told me they had not heard from my doctor so they could furnish only 36 of the 66that would be the full prescription. I am currently out of the prescription and the pharmacist tells me that I have already picked up the remainder of 30 pills. The information in the computer tells her that we have already received both the 36pill batch and the 30pill batch. This is Walgreens mistake. Tha pharmacist wouldn't consider the possibility that it was their mistake.
