“I'm not using this place myself but my extended family is actually using it for storage everything is inside the area's massive they have many units available it's well organized 12 ventilated and there's key codes for most hours the day for you to go there and get in and get your stuff so that way you're not worried about someone having to be there on on spot just make sure you don't lose your key code obviously but people are very friendly and nice and more than willing to help you get your things settled in so they can have you pay”

“We rented a storage space and we were in the process of moving in to the unit and I forgot to lock it. The site manager placed a lock when they discovered it unlocked.
After calling the customer service number, and waiting for someone to assist on a Sunday, “T” was so helpful in getting me back in. We were very happy that we could continue to move in to the unit. She went above and beyond to help us when we really needed it and saved the day.”
“Ashey was incredibly helpful. I came into public storage without a phone as it just got smashed while riding a bike. Ashey immediately knew how she could help, and I was able to access my storage locker.

“I rented a space on a special. It was much larger than what I needed so when the special price ended, I called to change for a smaller space. They accommodated me with one just a few lockers away from the original making the move for my BIL a breeze. They were very helpful, no pressure to keep the larger more expensive one, all of which i greatly appreciated. Oh, and this place is super clean too.”
