Just had a script filled here for the first time since my regular location closed. Terrible experience and terrible customer service. There were at least 3 people in the pharmacy all arguing about scheduling. When I was finally waited on the person couldn’t find my script. She was finally told it was in the fridge and then she and another worker proceeded to argue about whether or not it should have been refrigerated. It says right on the box “must be refrigerated “. Then they didn’t have the info pamphlet with it. The actual pharmacist was clearly annoyed that she had to print it out for me. I had a couple questions as it was a new med for me & the pharmacist was very rude and actually gave me inaccurate information. I will never return there and will tell everyone I know to avoid this pharmacy. So disappointing.

The pharmacy needs to fill meds all on same day and not 5 to 6 times a month as for cashiers they should have kept Diana she knew what she was doing and was great at what she did and never had someone pack your stuff like her she needed to teach every cashier in all store the right way to pack was very sad that over a misunderstanding she was let go the need to have more compassion with people with disabilities all the new not the ones who have been there for a long time

The blond pharmacist here is extremely unprofessional and needs to find a new field of work. Rolled her eyes when I questioned my scripts and her mannerisms must be contagious, as her staff is just as unhelpful and rude. My daughter and parents left this pharmacy and will be following suit.

Pharmacy staff is unbelievably rude they have a line running up and down the aisle and almost out the door and then finally after 15 to 20 minutes of waiting a black woman comes and finally starts helping check out so it’s not just one but two people and then when I get up to the counter, I’m informed that my medication isn’t filled even though I got an automated message saying that it would be ready at 2 o’clock and they informed me that they were running behind. To me this is unacceptable You’re running behind it’s one thing, but then I was questioning on who I heard this message from? I got an automated message, and they started insulting me and my wife’s intelligence. I’ve always been happy with my experience at Rite Aid, but not with the pharmacy staff. If something isn’t in stock and you’re going to be running behind don’t take your lunch break that always goes over the 30 mins. Instead call your clients to inform them their medication won’t be ready on time

This is by far the worse pharmacy you’ll ever go too. After multiple times calling a rude person answer and was not happy I called. I told him I’ll be in with in before 9pm instead of telling me we’ll be closing early at 8pm he said okay. Which by the way their website says 9pm I go there any they are closed. I go early at 9am and they are late closed. And also the gave me wrongGeneric ibuprofen which is not what my doctor requested. Shame on you and who ever go to you again.

The blond lady pharmacist not nice at all and made me feel bad and like I was doing something wrong..my doc writes paper scripts for whatever reason and doesn't have the best hand writing.she told me she will not fill my script and I need to tell my doctor to switch to electronic lol like ok he's gonna listen to me...I started a new job so needed pharmacy with later hours and thought this would be best place since I fill dentist scripts here. But nope she basically made it seem like I was giving her a fake script.even after I asked her to call my normal pharmacy welnesspark and they would inform her but she told me no to that aswell...I was nervous to go somewhere else after that but I did and it was so much better gave script they filled and was in and out just like a pharmacy should be....

This pharmacy has lost my business as well and from past reviews, I'm surprised I tried them to begin with. Went back multiple times to get my script and wasn't ready. Lady who helped was incredibly short in her responses.

The pharmacy has lost my business. For the last 2 months I have gone to Rite Aid to pick up my inhaler to find out they didn't order it. Leaving me to go without my inhaler for 2 days
