My last service call was in 2016 and was 5 stars, and Patrick Reilly still gets 5 stars.My 19 year old dishwasher decided to squirt water on the kitchen floor. Mr. Reilly diagnosed the problem as a leaky housing, which costs almost as much as a new washer. He advised against repairing it.While he was here I asked him to replace the belt on my clothes washer. It wasn't spinning up to speed like it should. On examination, the old belt was starting to fail at the splice, so it was replaced. Now my clothes dry in half the time.Service was excellent. Calls were answered. Questions were answered. Arrival was on time as promised.

Rep was honest and upfront and did not charge for the advice provided. While they were not able to repair the dishwasher problem, they were quick to respond and offer help. I will definitely use them again in the future for any appliance issues

Used this company in February with no complaints . However, this time my daughter called for a dryer repair. Yes, they were able to come out the same day… but when they arrived the tech would not do repair dryer because the ventilation system was outdated and a fire hazard. And on top of that my daughter was charged $70 for a service call. She was never told what the issue was with the dryer. I find this odd as this is the same ventilation system that was in place when they repaired this very same dryer in February… I called and spoke to Mr Reilly about this and am awaiting a return call…Service: Dryer repair

Was told I would receive a call the next day between 10 and 10:30 AM. No call Between that time or anytime throughout the day. Would not recommend
