Am a bit put off by the 3% credit card fee being passed on - am sure this has historically been buried in the pricing - also that my receipt does not reflect this 3% fee that is now added revenue for your dealership.

First time customers, and very pleased! Ron Z was our salesman, and he was no nonsense, and got us in the exact car we wanted. It was the last day of their big sale, so it was hectic, but smoothest transaction, and everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

It was an amazing experience. From scheduling the appointment, the morning text from Russell letting me know he was taking care of anything and that I could contact him at any time, the fast work, to the pick up with everyone being so very nice and personable! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will 100% be going back to Paddock in Kenmore from now on!

EVERYONE at this dealership is A+ in customer service!!! They listen, research, and follow up with positive, helpful and engaging conversation. I am a long time 'car purchaser' ... so I know the industry. Paddock is truly a gem! I always wanted to communicate with them, knowing they would respect my 'car wishes' and do their utmost to ensure my satisfaction (unlike other WNY dealerships).
