I’ve used Mufflerman multiple times over the years. There my go to for an exhaust repair. It’s always done right. Mufflerman is fast,courteous,knowledgeable and I always feel there fair on there prices. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them tomorrow if I had too!

I had a great experience at Muffler Man. Not only did they explain what was wrong with my car but the mechanic showed me underneath exactly where the issues were. They also worked with me to resolve the issue in my budget and didn’t try to sell me any service I didn’t need. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and polite. Thanks again!!

Outstanding first time experience here. Friendly staff. Very efficient for walk-in business with a steady stream of business coming through the door. Pricing was very reasonable. Quality of work was top notch. They stand by their work including providing a lifetime warranty on the muffler. They’ve earned another customer for life.

Sam greeted me at the door brought the vehicle in right away and was fixed in an hour total. Had a couple of questions for him and he was already taking care of what I was asking about. 1/4 the cost that the dealer quoted. Threw Sam a tip which was well deserved for the professionalism!

My husbands muffler needed a repair. After he dropped it off, they called a few hours later with a total of $120 and we nearly chocked. We were expecting a price tag of over $1000 but they only repaired what needed to be fixed. We will be back with any other muffler issues for sure.

Went in with three estimates lowest being $3K. Drove all the way down to Mufflerman on advice from Lockport PepBoys. They did the job as I waited (1/2 hour) and presented me with a bill for $215 !! My muffler, in fact , was OK but everything holding it up was rotted. I wanted to give installer a tip but he wouldn't take it! This is the only place to go for exhaust work!

How refreshing! I stopped in with an exhaust leak... 40 minutes later, it's fixed, I'm on my way!! Reasonable price, friendly, fast, professional service!

Excellent walk-in service. My vehicle's issue was quickly and properly diagnosed and addressed. I already had a diagnostic and price from my dealership but Mufflerman's pricing was much more reasonable. The technician took time to explain what needed to be done and he showed me the problem areas. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place.

I brought my 2010 dodge avenger to a place that I was not familiar with. I was referred by a popular muffler place around here, and said they could do all kinds of jobs. Apparently, one of my flex pipes was cracked and rusted and broken off. I dropped my car off the night before it was going to be looked at and within a half an hour of the place being open, I received the phone call and was told an estimate which was very fair by the way and two hours later my car was done. They are really friendly and know what they are doing! That’s an odd combination to find nowadays. I will refer this place a 100 times over and will return but hopefully not for a while☺️. Nice to know you can still get good quality service! Thanks again guys!
