“We used U-Pack to move from Hollywood, CA to Rochester, NY, in Dec 2023. It was amazing, and relatively, easily the cheapest option.We had a large one bedroom apt to get packed and moved; two desks, a bed, a coffee cart, a kitchen cart, an 8ft sofa, a coffee table, a lot of books and bookshelf, clothes, a mountain bike, etc. and it all fit in one Relo Cube! I took apart and flat-packed a lot of it, to fit more, but still, we were shocked by just how much we could fit in one cube.The U-Pack website was a gold mine of useful information, even if you aren't moving with them, take a look! we are still using their moving checklist as we come to the end of our move.The interaction with customer service was excellent, they all seemed to be on the same page and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. The information provided was very clear about what was required of me, and the drivers were friendly and helpful.The cube itself was clean and in good condition, and everything arrived in Rochester relatively unscathed. Be sure to use packing blankets and straps to keep things from rubbing against each other and your things should be fine.If you are unsure of the amount of cubes you need, you can request more, and they will only charge you for what you use, taking back any unused cubes at no cost.Using U-pack, lessened the stress, and cost, of moving across the country considerably. I highly recommend it and would happily use it again. Excellent.”

The 4 gentlemen who helped us were really considerate of our time, and very courteous of our furniture, ensuring everything was put in the right room and even helping us relocate things when we realized we got mixed up. “We used this service to move - the guys moved our entire house as it was cold and snowing… with an impending blizzard coming. The move wasn’t easy either - both places have narrow stairs. They wrapped the furniture well and worked together fast. They were also kind and communicative. We appreciated their hard work! “I found out at the beginning of June that my move to a better apartment building was going to happen at the end of the month. I received estimates for moving from other companies for over $2000 but they couldn’t do it because of such a short notice. I called Diamond and spoke with Elise. She set it up perfectly for me. They came on the date and at the time they said and packed it, moved it and unpacked it for almost half the cost of the other companies. Extremely professional people with great personalities. They made moving almost easy enough to be willing to do again.”
