The blood work lab is top notch. The phlebotomist is a very nice lady and good at her job. This is the only spot I’ll go for blood work now

Had an appointment at 2pm waited 30 minutes, was told needed a number (didn't know, I asked the security guard where the lab was and what was needed) he said " Sign into your appointment and wait"..... already miscommunication there.Was told by a nurse to pick the number got it, then they didn't call any numbers after that only names and people that arrived after me waited till 3:10 and left, turns out the place was gonna close at 3:45 I would have waited there to find out it was closed.

Been waiting 40 minutes to register to get blood drawn before I finally decided to leave. There is no way it should have taken this long to get called back to just REGISTER. And then having to wait even longer to get called for the lab drawings... There is no way I have that kind of time on my hands to have to wait that long. Extremely dissatisfied with this location.
