I had my taxes done by Bonnie at the Delaware Ave location in Kenmore. Unfortunately she entered my payment information wrong and swapped two numbers despite me reading them off to her three times. There was a second screen in the office for the client to review things on but she could not get it to work. I got a letter from the IRS saying my payment was not processed. Very scary to get a letter like that. I am now scrambling to pay the taxes on line despite paying $370 for someone to pay taxes. I am so disappointed. I’m even more disappointed that I called early last week and told the receptionist I was concerned that it hadn’t been deducted and she assured me there’s always a few days delay. I called again
This Saturday and left a VM and was told my call would be returned on Monday.

They were nice but they said I would get $1200 back with 2 kids. I knew something was off, I want to my friend who's not a professional & I got almost 4k. This place is the proof that 4 star don't meant anything. You have to experience it yourself. Good luck!

Scary bad. This is bargain basement tax prep. Go somewhere else. Taxes done by this office and this company are the stuff that nasty audits are made of. The preparer assigned to me has moderate dementia and has difficulty remembering numbers and names from one minute to the next. She began entering a W2 from the year 2017 onto my 2021 taxes until I stopped her and took the W2 out of her hand. She submitted my taxes despite concerns I had regarding accuracy, telling me "It will probably be ok," and "No one will be looking at that." I wanted the district manager to investigate and review my tax return herself to check the errors. I called her 15 times over a 2 week period and left messages with store associates. I heard nothing back. Finally I caught her in the office and she agreed to review my taxes. She assured me she would "call me tomorrow before 5pm." It has been another 2 weeks and 10 more messages left with store associates. I am still waiting to hear. It's time to contact CEO Jeffery Jones at corporate HQ in Kansas City, MO, and also the Attorney General's Office to file a complaint:
