I stopped in to have a bracelet clasp repaired. Jeremy waited on me and fixed it within minutes. When I asked what the charge was, he said no charge. He also designed a piece of jewelry for me many years ago and it was as though no time had passed. The same welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer care. I highly recommend Gem Design for any of your jewelry needs. A class act.

My fiancé and I went there with an idea for a ring that would include diamonds from 3 different (existing) rings.Let me say, they (Jeremy) knocked it out of the park!Not only did it turn out like the design we had in mind, they made tasteful suggestions to make it a truly impressive, completely unique work of (jewelry) art.Jen, at the counter, was helpful and very friendly too!I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to get (or have made) an amazing piece of jewelry to go here!!!

Gem Design is the BEST!! The service from Kirsten & Jeremy cannot be matched by anyone in WNY. As a Permanent Catholic Deacon in the Diocese of Buffalo, I gave them two crosses that I wear in my ministry work and GEM Design secured them both with new chains that even our Lord would give a thumbs up to!
