“Compared to the service we received at the Rite Aid pharmacy at Colvin & Sheridan, this pharmacy is Heaven. I get my scrips on time without an argument that I called them in too early. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we receive. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. We say thank you to the Walgreens here in Kenmore.”

“Stopped in to get an energy drink and some manager or something was yelling and shouting and even threatening the employees. No one should talk to anyone like that!I’ve edited this because although that manager/supervisors actions were inexcusable, the store itself was in good condition and the girl who cashed me out was very sweet and professional.”
“The pharmacy needs to fill meds all on same day and not 5 to 6 times a month as for cashiers they should have kept Diana she knew what she was doing and was great at what she did and never had someone pack your stuff like her she needed to teach every cashier in all store the right way to pack was very sad that over a misunderstanding she was let go the need to have more compassion with people with disabilities all the new not the ones who have been there for a long time”

“I happened to be in the area looking for an ATM that didn't charge my venmo account over $2 to use it and found that the ATM inside here doesn't charge a fee at all. Win win for me! I was pleasantly surprised at the space and cleanliness of this 7/11. Its spacious, the aisles were stocked, im unsure why but it had a very large open space towards the back with two tables lined with cases of beer and hard seltzers. It was my first time here so maybe their remodeling? The only turn off was the employee s*** talking another employee to what seemed was a frequent customer and they both seemed to be overly talking about the dislikes of her. Kind of awkward, and as I was walking out the employee asked the guy behind me had he met said employee he trash talked about to the guy in front of me.. then proceeded to bash on her again. So odd scenario to have to hear twice in a matter of three minutes.”

“Was there at 10:15pm and Tim was an outstanding and amazing employee! I asked if there were any pepperoni pizzas left, and he went into the freezer and found them! Every single time I’ve been there, Tim has always provided a most superb customer experience! Highly recommend this gas station/ convenience store and highly commend Tim for his selfless actions and upstanding character! We need clerks like Tim!”
