Working with Jamie Sperrazzo at Cassetta Agency is a pleasure! He's helped me with a wide array of coverages including home, auto, umbrella, small business, and more. He's not just some agent trying to make a quick sale...he has spent a lot of time walking me through the details of each policy, making sure all my questions are answered. He recognizes that consumers might be shopping around for a policy and he is respectful of that. All he wants to do is help find the right coverage at the right price...no high-pressure sales tactics or unnecessary upsells. Buying insurance isn't fun but it's a better experience with Cassetta in your corner.

It's nice to call and speak to a HUMAN, not some computerized voice on a monochromatic automated answering system. And get results almost immediately not an excuse of a large volume of calls and be on hold for 75 minutes! And a bigger plus they are very knowledgeable about their products and are helpful, not making excuses for ineptitude. Give them a call you will not be sorry!!

I wish I could give Cassetta agency and Jamie Sperrazzo 100 stars!! I called several insurance companies to get quotes for my auto, homeowners, and umbrella. Not only did Cassetta give me, by far, the best quote, but Jamie went above and beyond, ten times over, in helping me. He was so thorough and patient with me, explained every detail, gave me his true opinions, put everything in layman's terms for me.And my situation was extremely complicated and tricky --- Jamie literally spent hours going out of his way to help me and to make sure I had everything I needed. And he is so nice to work with. Thank you, Cassetta and thank you, Jamie!! I will be referring friends and family for sure!!

I came across Cassetta Agency a little over 2 years ago now and could not be happier with their customer service!
Being a young adult, I had a difficult time trying to find car insurance agents that were reasonable and not trying to take advantage of me and my position.
The Cassetta's agents took the time to understand my needs and get me an insurance policy that was better than the rest of the agency/firms I was in contact with.
They are always there to help make my life easier. I would highly recommend giving them a call so they can help change your insurance experience for the better!

I've been working with Cassetta Agency since moving to Buffalo and have received nothing but stellar work from them. For both my policies, Jamie and Joe go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and I'm not paying a dime more than I have to. Somehow every time renewal comes around they have a better rate for me!
Most importantly though, Joe and Jamie are the kindest men I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I can truly say without a doubt that they are the reason I will always stay with Cassetta.
It really is just like Joe always tells me, "You can't do BETTAH than CASSETTA"
