I have never had a problem at this place. Always a pleasurable experience with the exception of the state restrictions put on the consumers. If you think it's that bad for the consumer think about the proprietors. Paul has an awesome store there. He and his staff are very knowledgeable about gun safety, rules and regulations, etc... and It seems the government would be happy taking places like this down because it's clear they want to do away with the 2nd amendment. It's just not right! Gun up and have protection for yourselves and family.Support local businesses! I would rather get all my stuff from Blue Tuna Guns than a major retailer. I have always gotten great service there and they make you feel at home. And for that I thank you, Blue Tuna Guns. ?

Paul, the proprietor, was great to deal with. Patiently answered all of our novice questions, interjecting helpful suggestions and explanations of options to suit our budget and needs. Great small local business. Excellent service.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional and competent gunsmithing. Plus a nicely stocked store. I was treated so well my first visit with a jammed up hunting rifle in the midst of hunting season, which is a bit inconvenient. They got me squared away promptly. I will definitely be coming back to these folks. Top notch everyone there!

Owner said “personal decision not to sell to non-citizens,” another worker followed up with “ we usually ask people when we think they aren’t citizens.” I let them know I have a NYS issued pistol permit and I have been in the country paying taxes since 97. He replied “ it’s not you, it’s my decision.”I’ve never experienced discrimination of any sort so I found it to be an extremely awkward situation considering I have a NYS license to carry.

Walked in here with no knowledge of firearms other than what I’ve seen online. Stephanie walked me through and showed me multiple firearms. She explained how they worked what difference was, what different parts move in which way and a lot more! She made me comfortable and felt very informed about my purchase. I was also briefly helped by Mia who was also very knowledgeable, they made me feel at home and welcomed I will be using this place for all my firearm needs and will be recommending everyone to do the same.

So, I have not been that in a few years it was ok at first, but not the best customer service from the one guy was hoping for the amount that I spent there it would have been better. He seemed kind of rude at times. There were two workers there, the one guy he had a finger cast on. He was really nice and helped me out with some questions the other guy not so much. I would be afraid to go back there and don't even get me started on this new law CRAZY!

Blue Tuna proved be the perfect spot to go to. Came recommended highly from family and I would have to agree. Mia and Stephanie were extremely helpful, informative and friendly. Not to mention they were able to pull off my difficult last minute request, and did so with a smile. Will definitely be back!

Rude employees. Guy got into my face and cussed at me when I went in because I filled out the background paper incorrectly for a firearm transfer, the whole store was looking at us. I heard this place was decent but I will seriously never go back to a store that treats customers like this and I genuinely hope they lose business when employees act like this. The customer is the one keeping you in business with their money, and employees shouldn’t act like they are doing us a favor and treat them like garbage.

Wow! Finally an honest staff willing to answer questions without an arrogant attitude towards the customer. My experience resulted in a sale and many future purchases. Really great staff and great experience. I will buy from them exclusively simply because of their customer service. Thank you!

Awesome experience at this business! As another reviewer noted, it was so nice to have honest answers and no arrogant attitudes. I appreciated being able to ask my question and not being cutoff mid sentence. You have a customer for as long as I am in NY.
