My granddaughter enjoys her weeks with Tara instruction and great horse care. She has returned from Colorado again this summer to ride. Sincere" horse people"??

We camped here for one night and it was a wonderful experience. This is not the usual camping but everyone camp in a big field surrounded by trees. Two additional groups were there but we didn’t have any issue.
Bathrooms were very clean. Toilets and shower areas are in the same building but separated by two doors. It was so good to have hot water in showers after a major hiking day.
Second day we went to see the horses and it was a lovely experience. Met 3 dogs and they were super friendly. Everyone at the farm were friendly and helpful.
Firewood is available to buy. We used google map directions and didn’t have any issue. When you come to the location there’s a signboard pointed to campsites at the side of the farm house. Go directly and there’s a sign pointing to bathrooms opposite to dining hall and the path will take you to the camping field.

Wonderful place to learn from the best instructors. Beautiful horses surrounded by the Adirondack mountains. The meadow runs along the Ausable River. Minutes from Lake Champlain and a short drive to Lake Placid.

Its one of the most beautiful spots in the Adirondacks, owned and operated by the nicest and most qualified people in the buisness.
So if you're a novice and wish to learn or experienced in horsemanship and want to improve your skills and knowledge, Willow Hill Farm is THE place to go.
