  Clean, spacious, and well equipped. I'm glad I joined. It has various cardio machines. All good quality, weight machines are also very good quality and a wonderful selection of free weights. the place is immaculate. They also have a sauna.

  I love this place. I frequent the Adirondacks for vacation, and it's a great local gym with all the equipment you'd need for a good lifting session, cardio or pilates. Well maintained and clean, with friendly staff.
