Horrible customer service the teller could not provide assistance with a simple transaction , didn’t know what she was doing was very rude affa with the turbine and heating aids . Thankfully andi was able to help and was very quickly able to resolve the problem. Thank you andi and I hope affa gets a new job somewhere that doesn’t involve customer service ! The rest of her co workers were also rude and couldn’t handle a simple transaction and they were gossiping and not working
