Katonah postmaster was terrific, I had an issue trying to forward a business address as we moved. Online service was not helpful and she walked me through it and within 10 days or so the business mail started to get delivered, she was patient and so helpful!

Best Post Office ever!! Staff is friendly and the supervisor Enrique is Friendly, Knowledgable and super attentive! The post office needs more staff like him!! Hard to come around great and hardworking employees these day who care about their jobs!!

Worst service I have ever received at a post office. Myself and a handful of other customers were waiting yesterday more than 20 minutes ahead of closing time at 5pm and the clerks told us that they shut down the computers for the day and we needed to leave. Arrived again today more than 10 minutes prior to closing and the door was locked again and the clerk I spoke with was disgustingly rude and told me that it was my fault and that I needed to get there earlier. Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers and negligent business practices failing to stay open until their listed hours of service. Take your business elsewhere.

Came in at 4:50pm (they close at 5pm) and the door was closed. They were people inside but they didn’t bother to look at me although I knocked in the door.

Katonah post office is either losing my packages or never delivering them. I keep having to call Amazon for refunds for items deemed delivered to me when I never got them. Not acceptable and I tell everyone to NOT ship me anything through USPS....

Free small boxes are avail to anyone who does not receive regular mail service at their legal address nobody will tell you that. I agree courteous people at Katonah Post Office professional informative. Thank you.

Slow service, sometimes wrong mail. On Mondays, at 4pm still no mail??? If they did more work and less chit chat we would get our mail alot sooner.

Well, they were open. Service so sloooooow! And a wee bit too much chit chat when the line grows! But when you do get served ... you get their full attention. A little disconcerting until it's your turn.
