William Jansz assisted me with applying for HELOC . He went above and beyond , by meeting me on my lunch break at work to sign some documents. He was prompt in returning my calls, text messages and email. He was professional, courteous and friendly. William took the time to explain to me in detail how the program works and never got annoyed if he had to repeat himself to ensure that I understood the process .

I recently closed a real estate purchase with William Jansz of Trustco Bank. His professionalism in assisting to get the transaction closed could not have been surpassed. The purchase had to be coordinated with a sale that was full of problems with that buyer. Trustco and William did everything possible to keep the mortgage alive while waiting for the sale transaction to be completed. Most other loan officers and lenders would have abandoned the transaction or imposed additional fees. I was very impressed with the efforts of William and Trustco Bank.
