Even when there are crass,rough around the edges Supervisors, Valerie knows how to navigate it so we are valued and treated with honor ,decency and integrity.”

“Those that are giving bad reviews to Anthony and the Croton Falls Post Office need a reality check. I guess you people in the 'burbs need a lot of hand holding. Go to NYC or even Yonkers post office and see what really poor service is about. People who think they shouldn't have to wait in line, need no appointment for a passport , cheat on the weight of the items they use a pre-paid label with or become consumed with someone's soup order need psychiatric care. Most of us hard working individuals have more to do with our time and value someone who is proficient, efficient and in my case open the PO on time!!! Get a grip people. Anthony is exceptional, conscientious and cares about his job. Need to clone this guy!!!”

“Prompt attention to delivery problem by super Supervisor and delivery route carrier, Mr. Z.B. Occasional problem caused by similar address on their large route. Patient and professional response and thankful for follow up call to confirm package was found and delivered.”
“I absolutely love this post office. Is the line long at times? Yes. Can the service seem slow (only one register open with lobby full of 10 patrons) at times? Of course. Let me tell you the staff makes these mishaps seem like nothing to complain about. Julie( who has retired now for about 2 yrs.), Theresan, Dan and even the new gentleman are all so kind and sociable. When I walked in there about a month after having my baby Thersean said "wait a minute I haven't seen you in a while". What a great feeling. Love love love the staff.”

“Generally have had a good experience here - I've never had issues with employees. They're not overly friendly but I would probably be unhappy if I was working there, so I can't really knock anyone for that. I leave my packages there and don't ever really need to stand in lines, more people should just set up stamps.com accounts and they can avoid the hassle of waiting on line at the post office. My packages get picked up and sent.”

Over the years, there have been several very very nice employees who are most helpful, and respectful.However, the was a change in Postmaster general in recent years.Much to my chagrin, there have been NUMEROUS TIMES THAT I myself, (n I've heard from others), that he is significantly rude to some of his customers. That should not be the case, but it's best just to ignore unpleasant people n there actions. (as long as they're not harmful).”

Ivars, my delivery driver, is equally fantastic. He is always punctual, courteous, and careful with our packages. His dedication to delivering my mail on time and with care is truly appreciated. Ivars consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that my deliveries are perfect, and I am incredibly grateful for his hard work.
In addition to William and Ivars, everyone that works at this post office is so friendly and has great dispositions. Their positive attitudes and helpfulness make every interaction pleasant. It's clear that they all take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.

“Katonah postmaster was terrific, I had an issue trying to forward a business address as we moved. Online service was not helpful and she walked me through it and within 10 days or so the business mail started to get delivered, she was patient and so helpful!”
