Amazing and creative olive oils that taste amazing, although I would recommend staying away from some of the crazier vinegars unless you want something very sweet. Other than that they offer great products for the oil and amazing salts, great for cooking and gift giving. The atmosphere was amazing as well.

Delicious, top-quality olive oil and balsamic. You can try all the different kinds (garlic olive oil, basil, strawberry and cranberry-pear balsamic, black truffle olive oil and more). We chose the small bottles of fig balsamic and the garlic oil. They're great for spicing up a nightly salad or treating yourself to a big hunk of bread and dipping it. We'll definitely be back to try and buy others. 5 stars!!!

Great selection of olive oils, beautiful custom made kitchen utensils and excellent customer service! I found exactly what I was looking for in ample time! Would recommend to family and friends for all their cooking needs!

They have amazing balsamic vinegar! I didn't really use balsamic before but after grabbing some from here about a year ago I use it on EVERYTHING (roast veggies, pasta, chicken, steak, etc) and can't imagine cooking without it now. I don't live near the area so when I ran out of it and had to use grocery store balsamic (even the "nice" ones) I was so disappointed. There's just no comparison and I'm a balsamic snob now haha. I highly recommend stopping by to do a tasting! The owner is super nice too. It's also located in a quaint plaza with some other nice stores nearby :)

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place and its two proprietors. The store itself is beautiful with a carefully curated selection of tasty gifts and an amazing selection of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. I have sampled several of the oils and vinegars and absolutely every one is transcendent. Phat Olive has become my go-to place for hosting gifts, housewarming gifts and holiday gifts. Every purchase is packaged beautifully.

I found this gem while gift shopping in Katonah, NY. This is a charming, cozy and inviting place with much to offer for the culinary inclined or even those more challenged as I am. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Everything in the store feels carefully curated and of high quality. Whether you are shopping for artisan oils, balsamics or other fine goods, I highly recommend a visit to this lovely store.

A beautiful shop located at 87 Katonah Avenue, Katonah, NY. So many wonderful artisan olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and specialty foods. The new owners, Matt & Jill, are so friendly and warm. They are very knowledgeable about pairings and are very enthusiastic about sharing all their new ideas. Stay tuned for the new website!

What a lovely surprise this place was. Went to Katonah to visit the historical sites from when they moved all the buildings and the whole town to make way for the dam but stopped in here out of an overwhelming love for olives and all their pairings. The owner was the most interesting and friendly person you would never expect to run into. Passionate about his business. Knowledgeable and helpful. But the best part... all of the olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and olives I bought were out of this world. He gave recommendations for pairings and emulsions that elevated my dinners for weeks. Can’t wait to go back.
