Always have issues with paying my P.O. Box saying they never got the payment when I have receipt proof. They keep sending back my mail even tho I’m on the P.O. Box.. WHAT A JOKE!

The automated phone system is a joke just runs you around in circles trying to figure out what happened to a missing package and the phone system has me to the point where if I have a choice I'll choose FedEx or ups over the post office
