Unfortunately my experience at Steet was disappointed and frustrated. I was told my vehicle would include certain features and it did not. I inquired about this issue and was told the deal was already done so there was nothing that could be done to fix the mistake. Will not return for future deals.

MASK A MUST! Scheduled my appt online! Rcvd confirmation text. Always easy to drop off, wait inside and they come get you when vehicle is ready. Also, texting is provided if you leave your vehicle to alert you when its ready!

I’m dissatisfied with the way the service department has treated me, and won’t be back for any reason. I asked for a call before work was performed and this was ignored. I was charged for shoddy work (verified by my long-time mechanic), and then when a related error occurred, I was charged again (no call the second time either!). When I asked why they had chosen to ignore my request to confirm if I wanted to repair the item, I was basically given the “we do this everyday and you don’t know what you’re talking about.” This place practically defines the term “stealership.” Bad form.
