I have used this pharmacy for years and have always had great service. Over the last 12 mos the service has gotten worse with each visit. The staff behind the register are rude and do nothing to explain anything or offer assistance. Medication is never ready for pickup so I started calling ahead which seems to be an annoyance, however, what’s even worse is being told over the phone that everything is ready only to find out it’s not when I arrive. Between the inability to fill prescriptions, the rude staff, and the “computer issues”, I will not be using this pharmacy again and will urge my friends and family to do the same. It’s very unfortunate as I would much rather support a small business vs a large chain company, but I’m going to stick with the one who actually provides good service and treats me like a valued customer.

I called for my medication and the lady was really nasty to me screaming at me saying “I don’t have time for you I have another person on the other line waiting” and hung up on me. I was only trying to get my medication because I really need it…. Some people are just so rude.

Have been using this pharmacy for over 20 yrs. Lately the service is terrible. Yes scripts are ready when needed but the employees are so rude. Yesterday one of the pharmacists filled a script (got a text it was ready), went to pick it up today and the pharmacist on today took the script back and tried saying she wasn't going to fill it because I shouldn't take it with another one of the scripts I have, My pulmonologist wrote both scripts and decided it was the best treatment for my condition. What makes Becky think she knows more than the Dr.? What gave Becky the right to override the pharmacist who originally filled the script yesterday? What makes Becky think she knows more about my health than I do? Yes she filled the script but only because my Dr wasn't available. I have been on these 2 medications (life saving) for years!!!. What gave Becky the right to scream at me when I was simply trying to make sure the script would be filled and I wouldn't have a hard time filling it next month?

They make you wait til day 30 for any controlled substance, which is so stupid. They make you feel like an addict even when your not. If the power went out we'd be screwed. Day 29 is not unreasonable. But to them everyone's an addict!!!! Hate this place

The only place that won't let you get your meds 1 day early. Even Rite Aid works w you.

I have been using this Pharmacy since I was of age. My family, including grandparents and great grandparents have as well. Never even had the smallest of problems with them. I will always highly recommend them. Great service, plus they deliver if needed.

My Husband & I just moved to Gloversville/Adirondack Park. I needed to get vaccinated before I start chemo. I called Palmer pharmacy, the person who answered was very friendly!! My husband and I was able to been seen a few hours after I called. The lady at the counter, and the Pharmacist who took care of us, were also very friendly!! I appreciate the excellent customer service!!! I'm happy to say, this is my new Pharmacy :) On a side note: The building is very historic and beautiful :)

This place has become the worst. My family has been using palmers for 40+ years but every time I’ve gone in in the past few years they’ve appeared disorganized to the point of incompetence. Don’t even get me started on the supercilious yet superfluous shrew who occasionally glorifies the register.Hate not supporting a local ma and pop but Switched to Walgreens.Palmers can KMA.

For Free!Love this small town business and will stay with them as long as they are there !!

I wish I can give them no stars, the staff are very unprofessional , rude and inhuman they hang up in your face get your medicine mixed up and are unknolledgeable about the patient request the delivery guys pop up to your house without making sure youre home also sent a email to the atterny general.

Extremely unprofessional considering it is a place for medical needs. My father placed an order for surgical lubricant that he needs and instead of reserving the tubes he ORDERED, they sold them to someone else. Just lost a customer to Amazon. Congratulations.
