Never coming here again! Dropped my car off and it took forever for me to get an answer as to what would be done. Then they told me that nothing could be salvaged and the entire exhaust would need to be redone $1400 later, I took it to another shop and had it fixed for $140 and have no issues with it anymore. Don’t trust these people they will try to rob you!

I had an appointment for 9:00 on Friday, when I arrived someone told me the manager and tech quit. I drive by later and stopped, and he said tech came back, and gave me an appointment for 8:30 the next day. True to form, went back the next day and no one was there but three or four people that also had appointments. Shut the place down and stop taking appointments that you can’t service.

My wife had a blow-out flat on the NY state thruway about 25 minutes from here on a Friday night. We had the car towed here after hours. I figured she'd be lucky to get back on the road by noon Saturday, but this place had the tire fixed before 9AM. And, it was a fair price on the service, they definitely didn't try to jack up prices for an out-of-towner. Overall, highly recommended (and right across from a hotel if you are in a similar situation).

The location I visited was in shabby condition, dirty and poorly maintained. The customer service was non-existent. I don't recommend anyone settle for poor service. There are lots of places that can sell you tires, choose somewhere that treats you like you're worth the effort. This Monro didn't make the cut.

The manager Michael Reese was so nice and extremely helpful. I haven’t had this good of a customer service experience in a while. Will definitely be retuning for all of my automotive needs.

Not for nothing, my issue is partially due to a misunderstanding but I went to get my brakes changed and the person at the counter said front and I assumed he was asking if the car was front wheel drive. Got all the way home before noticing that they only changed my front brakes and charged me $90 (I had my own brakes). Won’t be going back there again…

Went in just to put 2 new front tires on, they were under my car hitting everything with a hammer (I wasn't there for a inspection) of course they found everything else wrong with my car (just to get more money from me) driving my car home after I hear something break under the front driver tire, DO Not TAKE Your CAR THERE , THEY JUST WANT Your MONEY, they don't care about their customers. Worst place ever to take your car
