If I could give negative stars I would. Got stuck with a flat on the side of the highway. Go to change the flat tire and a lug nut was stripped onto the stud and tightened all the way down. Couldn’t get it off at all and had to get a tow. The shop had to torch the stud and nut off. Cost me a ton of money to fix a simple mistake of not paying attention.

Fantastic service. My car went there because of an emergency mechanical issue. Everything got taken care of and my daily driver car drives almost as smooth as the day I got it. They even went above and beyond and took care of the recalls while it was there. The only bad part is they are over an hour away from my house or I'd keep taking my vehicles there to get fixed. Thanks for being great!

Called to schedule a service for a recall. The response received was “we don't have enough techs for that now”. I was seeking an immediate resolution, just a simple appointment. Terrible customer service from service end of things. Sales end of decent.

Bad customer service when trying to buy a vehicle. Both salesmen had a weird attitude about them… guy 1 seemed like he didn’t wanna let me test drive the truck. (Or really seem interested in the deal at all for that matter) Let me test drive after the second time asking, saying, “I guess I can let you test drive it”. When I said no to their awful trade in price offer I said no and was sent to guy 2 to talk about a payment plan… didn’t ask me what I thought or even let me know what the price was. After asking. He looked it up online. I asked to negotiate on the price and he said, “well I don’t know what you are trying to accomplish here”… called over guy 1 to ask if he could negotiate and guy 1 said no.Would not negotiate. Even with the price being higher than KBB recommended. Guy 2 Called me 40 minutes after I left saying he could take off $500 which was a joke. When I said no I’m going to keep looking he got mad and hung up on me when I tried to thank him for his time… just pretty much a joke of an experience.Before this had happened I had brought one of my cars in for a airbag recall… they said they had to wait for the part and would call me when it came in. After 3 weeks I called them back and asked if the part had come in… “oh yeah it’s here sorry no one called you”… will never be visiting again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else either.
