My husband and I have given Brown's several chances, both with purchasing and servicing our vehicles. We are now DONE! Just a few things that have happened to us over the years...~Change was stolen out of our cup holders.~A lug nut was left off after a tire rotation or switching from winter to all-season or vice-versa.~The way one of our tires was installed caused it to wear abnormally fast on the outside? Had to replace 1 tire after 6 months.~Brand new vehicle was full of packaging and dirty upon pick up - had to have it detailed by Baja's.~Mechanics can't seem to keep the wheel straight when doing an alignment. Isn't that alignment 101? The steering wheel now points to the left when driving straight! This happened both times we've had it done - second/last time we were reluctant - we should have stuck to our no-alignment policy with them, our bad.~Wheel covers and rims were damaged after the last tire rotation, above-referenced alignment. They did replace the covers, but there is still damage to the rims.~Twice we've had service done and then had to bring it back because of noises, vibration, continued issues, etc.~After having service done, there have been muddy/dirty foot marks on the sill - this has happened multiple times.Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. We will no longer buy a Ford or have it serviced from Brown's because it's not worth the aggravation.
