“The workers here are so kind and unlike every other parts store they've never made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about and have never tried to upsell for things I don't need. These people are hard to come by and I appreciate them for everything they've helped me with my whole time driving and learning how to care for my truck. Ps if the one guy I always talk to sees this, the scratch doctor worked amazing on the smaller scratches lol”

“I went in just before closing for a headlight bulb and was in and out very quickly. I am a manager for one of the competitors out of state and I felt the need to recognize Rob for coming out to see if I needed help swapping out the bulb. It was minutes to close, dark, and raining, and he came out with a flash light and some tools to see if I needed help because it seemed to be taking a while.It is easy to get frustrated with an auto parts store because, let's face it, last minute and emergency repairs can be extremely stressful, especially when it impacts our livelihood. But it's important to recognize and appreciate good customer service like Rob showed me.
