I Highly recommend doing business here. The staff are knowledgeable and patient. I purchased a brand new bike here and they tuned the suspension for my weight and made other adjustments to the bike as well. It was quite clear they weren't going to let me leave until I was more than hooked up with this purchase. I could not believe how good the customer service was. They treated me like they knew me. I Look forward to my next visit here. I would recommend this bike shop to anybody looking to purchase new or for parts/services.

I needed some pretty specialized help and they took care of it, doing the research they needed to, and charged me a very fair amount. And then they were all so friendly I wanted to just hang out there chatting. But they are a business and I had to respect that and tore myself away. They are out of my area but worth the trip. I will return.

Big thanks to Tim and the crew at Tomhannock Bicycles. I ordered my bike direct from Specialized and honestly wasn't expecting a whole lot of service when I picked it up. I was pleasantly surprised to have Tim spend around an hour with me going over all the features and care for my new bike as well as ensuring everything was dialed in for me before I left. Best of all, I was invited to ride on their trails. You simply can not beat the level of care and love for the sport that Tim has. I will definitely be taking my bike to them for future work and tune-ups. Definitely recommend Tonhannock Bicycles for all your bike needs.

Came in for a whole new tire and they let me know I only needed to replace the tube, which saved me a bit of money. They quickly swapped it out and filled it up while we browsed their cool store. They were very friendly and I plan on going back there for anything else I need for my bike from now on.

Tim and staff went so above and beyond helping me acquire my first bicycle in 20 Years. I got there late in the day, asked a lot of questions, test rode several bicycles. Spent almost 2 hours getting on and off different bikes. Tim was quite a trooper. Probably more patient and insightful than anyone I've ever done any type of business.Strongly recommend Tomhannock Bicycles.

The service at Tomhannock Bicycles is awsome! The Staff could not be more helpful in helping me buy and set up my new bike. They went over every detail before I took it out the door. I would recommend them to anyone. Very reasonably priced. I will be a customer for life.

Friendly environment, great service, very thorough and reasonable prices. Worked with my daughters to help them select the correct bicycle that fit them, helmet and taught us how to properly clean and service the bicycle
