I would caution anyone in regards to visiting this location. Nearly every time I visit this store, it turns into a nightmare. They're not forthright with the details of their promotions.
I was given a "free" smart watch after upgrading one of the phones on my plan. The price of the plan for the smartwatch is increasing significantly now so I decided to remove the watch from my account. I learned that I was given a credit for the watch that would only be good if the watch was on my account for 36 months. If I tried to remove the device earlier than that, I would have to pay off the watch before I would be allowed to remove it. I visited the store to get help and was told that calling customer service would be my best bet.
The managers are generally pretty helpful if you're fortunate enough to be helped by them. The customer service is also generally pretty helpful. You would prefer to not have to return to the store or make calls to fix situations after each visit, though.

Decent cell phone store at the local mall it is very minimal very clean very well-kept like most cell phone stores nowadays minimal phones in the building everything there is where you can look at it touch it so you can get a feel for what you would buy and then you can buy display items obviously are screwed down for the safety of the store integrity and it's a good place to go to get customer service

My 86 year old mother in law needed help and someone with patience. We Dealt with a very egtostical sales rep will never go there again. I feel bad for the the owners who have staff working that could care less about customer service. They seem to forget without customers Verizon doesn't exist.

The best experience in setting up phone service. Associate Eric was extremely knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the service Verizon offers. Great experience!

i've had a big problem with Verizon. I went into straighten out my bill which they did and got my military discount. I asked him what promotions were available to me. I was told an iPhone 13 I was brought over to the sample I was told the advanced features that were in the phone compared to my old pushbutton iPhone. Today I went on my Settings and my phone tells me it's a 12 why would I have a 12 I didn't even know they made a 12 I was told the 13 for $699. All I had to do was pay the tax well they gave me a 12 to get rid of them I guess and now they won't keep their agreement with me About the 13 iPhone. Do not go to the store you can go in with fact and they'll talk condescending to you. The manager is worth nothing. He was trained very well by Verizon. I've been with them over 25 years and very dissatisfied. They can take their service and shove it .
